How to register to the NSRP

For Jobseekers

Jobseekers may register by signing-up at the PhilJobNet web portal or by visiting the nearest PESO in their locality. The PESO encodes the jobseeker profile in the PEIS and the data becomes part of the National Skills Registry.

Jobseekers actively looking for work can request for a Job Match for job vacancies posted by registered employers. In addition, the following PESO services and DOLE programs are available to all registered jobseekers:

• Career guidance and employment coaching
• Provision of labor market information
• Referral for wage employment
• Referral for skills training
• Referral for livelihood programs
• JobStart Philippines Program
• K to 12 DOLE Adjustment Measures Program
• SPES
• GIP

For Employers

Employers may register by signing-up at the PhilJobNet web portal or by visiting the nearest PESO in their locality.
The following services and DOLE programs are available to all registered employers:

• Client assessment
• Provision of labor market information
• JobStart Philippines Program
• SPES
• GIP
